Our Services
Court-aligned Services in Tyler, Texas
Court-aligned supervision designed to prioritize child safety, neutrality, and stability for families.
Supervised Visits:
On-Site & Community-Based
Visits take place in a neutral, child-centered setting designed to feel safe and welcoming. Supervision is structured but unobtrusive, allowing natural interaction while maintaining safety and accountability.
Supervision is present but not intrusive. During community-based visits, the monitor does not hover or continuously take notes in front of families. Observations are documented immediately after the session concludes to preserve the natural flow of parent–child interaction. On-site supervision follows the same approach, with structured documentation completed promptly after each visit to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Most cases begin with on-site supervised visitation to establish structure and consistency. When appropriate and permitted by court order, visits may transition to community-based settings following demonstrated compliance with supervision expectations.
Services may include:
• On-site supervised visitation in a comfortable, private setting
• Community-based visits at parks or agreed-upon locations
• Extended weekend supervision when ordered
• Holiday or special occasion visits
• Progressive or step-down supervision when appropriate
My role is to observe, maintain structure, and ensure safety—not to interfere with healthy parent–child interaction.
Supervised Visitation & Monitored Exchanges
Safe. Structured. Focused on the Child.
When court-ordered visitation is needed, families deserve more than a parking lot or a police station. We provide calm, structured environments where children can feel secure and parents can focus on maintaining healthy connection.
In addition to in-person supervision, we offer hybrid options that may combine on-site, community-based, and virtual visits when appropriate. Each case is structured in alignment with court orders while supporting long-term stability for the family.
Monitored Exchanges — A Safer Alternative
Exchanges can be one of the most stressful parts of custody arrangements. A neutral, structured exchange reduces tension and helps protect children from exposure to conflict.
Rather than meeting in a parking lot or at a police station, exchanges can occur in a calm, managed setting with clearly coordinated arrival and departure procedures.
Services may include:
• On-site exchange supervision
• Community-based exchange coordination
• Documentation of exchange completion when required
• Support in high-conflict or contested situations
Virtual & Hybrid Supervision Options
When distance, scheduling limitations, or court direction require flexibility, virtual supervised visitation allows children and parents to maintain consistent contact in a structured format.
Virtual and hybrid options may include:
• Scheduled evening supervised video sessions
• Supplemental contact between in-person visits
• Long-distance supervision
• Combined in-person and virtual arrangements
Virtual supervision maintains the same expectations for conduct, neutrality, and documentation as in-person visits.
What Families Can Expect
• A safe, neutral environment
• Clear expectations for all participants
• Structured supervision aligned with court orders
• Respectful treatment of both parents

Supervised visitation is often a temporary step. The goal is to support safe, positive contact while families work toward long-term stability.
