Absolute Best Child Visitations provides structured, neutral, and court-aligned supervised visitation and monitored exchange services designed to prioritize child safety, procedural integrity, and compliance with judicial directives.

All services are delivered pursuant to court order or written agreement. Child safety and procedural structure remain the focus of every service.

Supervision Model

Every supervised visit includes:

  • Continuous visual and auditory supervision

  • Structured and controlled visitation environment

  • Enforcement of court directives

  • Objective documentation of interactions

  • Authority to redirect, pause, or terminate visits when necessary

The monitor remains neutral at all times and does not provide therapy, legal advice, or custody recommendations.

On-Site Supervised Visitation (Designated Professional Setting)

Our on-site visitation center operates within a designated professional space located on private property.

Safety safeguards include the following:

  • Clearly defined visitation rooms

  • Restricted access to non-visitation areas

  • Controlled entry and exit procedures

  • Structured parent separation during transitions

  • Sanitized materials between visits

  • No cross-case overlap

Although located within a private property setting, the visitation area functions as a controlled professional environment during service hours.

Community-Based (Public Location) Supervision

When approved by court order:

  • Visits may occur at pre-approved public locations

  • Continuous supervision is maintained

  • The monitor remains within sight and hearing range

  • Transportation occurs only if authorized

  • Safety planning protocols are implemented

Behavioral Standards

The visiting parent may not:

  • Discuss court matters with the child

  • Speak negatively about the other parent

  • Question the child about the other parent

  • Make promises regarding custody outcomes

  • Use physical discipline

Violations may result in redirection, warning, suspension, or termination of the visit depending on severity.

Zero-tolerance violations (immediate termination):

  • Possession of a weapon

  • Threatening or violent conduct

  • Attempted removal of the child

  • Substance impairment

Arrival & Departure Procedures

Parents do not interact during transitions

  • Arrival times may be staggered

  • Identification may be verified

  • Structured check-in and release procedures are followed.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Objective, time-based documentation is maintained

  • Incident reports are created when necessary

  • Reports are provided pursuant to court order

  • Records are securely stored

Risk & Liability Management

Absolute Best Child Visitations maintains the following:

  • Business liability insurance

  • Signed participant agreements

  • Behavioral compliance forms

  • Emergency response procedures

  • Mandated reporter compliance under Texas law

The provider’s role is limited to structured supervision and documentation during the scheduled visitation period.

Professional Qualifications

  • Over eight years of supervised visitation experience

  • Certified under California Rules of Court 5.20 and Family Code 3200.5

  • DOJ and FBI background clearances

  • Mandated child abuse reporter

  • Licensed mediator
